Karaoke KaroKowe is a karaoke application that allows users to:

  • Access a library of karaoke tracks
  • Record vocal performances
  • Save favorite tracks for offline use
  • Share recordings with others

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the App, including vocal recordings. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Distribute copyrighted material without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Upload harmful or offensive content

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by SplitFire and protected by intellectual property laws. The karaoke tracks available in the App are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SplitFire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
